This is the start of week 10, with only 2 weeks left of this session. I can't believe the changes that I have seen in not only myself, but all of the people who have participated in this challenge. And, I can't thank anyone else for it except for Teri for putting it all together. This program is more than just working out. It was about being accountable for yourself and your team. Look at the numbers posted on Session 1-8 Week Results! This isn't just some hokey-pokey take your money program. The Biggest Winner Challenge works!
I was not the 'ideal' contestant playing this game. I only had 20 pounds to lose (at the most), but a lot to gain in knowledge and care for myself. I didn't realize that I had anything to learn until I took this challenge. I've learned how to eat right- and still eat food that I enjoy. I've learned how to incorporate exercise in daily activities- it's not just at the gym. I've learned how to hold a commitment to myself and that a commitment will go a long way if you have the right support team and guidance to follow.
I have never been athletic, hated gym at school (elementary and H.S.), and I would rather sit and watch than to take part. I have 2 young boys that will learn and experience what an active lifestyle is. I WILL BE A PART OF THAT ACTIVE LIFE!
